I started classes with Joanna in 2012 at that time I could clearly see muscle tone deterioration & was losing my confidence in my appearance. During this year I have added a 2nd kettlebells class, already I feel the benefits. My flexibility & body tone have improved considerably & I would highly recommend Joanna as a fitness coach. It has been a life changing experience for me she only ever pushes you to a level she knows I'm comfortable with.

I've been going to kettlebells for nearly 2 years, I really enjoy the classes no 2 classes are the same which I find great so I don't get bored. Its a tough class you get a great workout within the 30/45 min classes. I really noticed a difference in my body shape, more toned & leaner. Joanna is a great instructor, very motivating & friendly.
